A 1-day festival that takes place once a year at Woodlands Castle in Taunton. An indoor and outdoor event bursting with fun, flavours and fabulousness!
A whirlwind of the best healthy and organic food producers, inspiring guest speakers, live cookery demonstrations, amazing fitness, yoga and tai chi sessions on the lawn and lots of pampering taster treatments to experience. A fabulous line up of leading South West health, fitness and foodie experts! Plus, there will be live music on the terrace featuring talented, local artists; so, you can grab a plant based cocktail or a delicious smoothie and chill to the beats!
We hand select and invite a talented selection of leading South West healthy food producer to showcase the best alternative foods developed to boost your wellbeing.
We have something for everybody whether you are gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free or just a regular shopper looking for healthy alternatives.
This festival aims to educate and inspire you to a whole new world of wellbeing foods that will nourish you from the inside out! Our carefully selected producers are passionate about ethically sourced, organic and local ingredients and care about what goes into your foods.
We also have a shopping zone bringing you a wonderful selection of wellbeing and superfood products for beauty and body as well as some feel good gifts, so you indulge in a spot of ‘retail therapy’.
Our fitness tent on the lawn will be home to a variety of taster sessions throughout the day, maybe try out something new?
There will be a yummy foodie hub starring a great selection of healthy street food trucks and a delicious and nutritious smoothie bar and herb infused cocktail bar!
Plus, there will be a range of exciting workshops & activities for the children to keep them entertained, including a children’s yoga class.
What are the event timings?
Gates open from 11am, and the festival will be open until approximately 5pm.
Where do I go when I get there?
The festival takes place in the main pavilion and the house lawns. There is a free car park at the venue, please have your ticket ready to be scanned at the main entrance to the festival. You will be given a wristband to show you have paid. You will be given a visitor guide with a map and there will be signage at the venue.
Do I need cash on the day?
You will need cash to purchase food, drink and products at the event. Some stands will have card facilities, some will not. The venue bar can process card payments. The nearest cash point is located at the local Sainsburys close to Junction 25 of the M5which is a 5-minute+ drive from the venue.
Are there any restrictions on who can attend?
This event is for families. Alcohol will only be served and sold to strictly over-18s only, and you may be asked for proof of age.
Will there food available?
There will be a selection of food vans available.
Is there seating?
There will be some seating outdoors, seating for the talks and a seating area for the food court, however seating will be limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please feel free to bring blankets and set up on the lawn and chill out at the festival.
Are there baby changing and disabled toilets?
There are baby changing and accessible toilets on site at the venue.
If you have a disability and require a seat, please inform the Events Team on 07854321536 and ask for Charley who will be happy to arrange this for you. Please note we must be notified in advance to accommodate seating requests.

Advance tickets are just £5 to include your entry to the festival. The day will run from 11am – 5pm. Tickets will be priced at £6 on the day although they will be subject to availability. We recommend purchasing your ticket in advance.
Talks & Demonstrations
We have a super line up of special guests at the event who will be sharing tips, tricks and their stories.

Due to the overwhelming success of last years event, discounted ‘early bird’ tickets are now available to purchase online. Tickets may be available on the day, however this will be subject to availability and we cannot guarantee availability.

Children are free but must be accompanied by at least one adult.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short lead at ALL times.
The festival will be held at Woodlands Castle again this year. Tis beautiful venue includes onsite parking and the Park & Ride is opposite.
